They offer three beautiful and elegant spaces that are suitable for hosting a memorial service. The venue can accommodate a range of guest numbers, from 40 to 180, and up to 300 guests in total. The spaces are beautifully designed and offer natural light, providing a peaceful and serene atmosphere to pay tribute to the memory of your loved one. The venue offers all the typical amenities and services of a hotel. Catering is also available with a range of menu options to suit all tastes and dietary requirements.

Heathmont Baptist Church features a large and spacious auditorium with seating capacity for up to 340 guests. This provides an ample space for friends and family to gather for a beautiful memorial service of your loved one. The auditorium is equipped with a full P.A. system and lighting equipment. The venue also includes a Hall that can accommodate up to 200 guests and features a raised stage area, projector, and portable sound system. Orchard Café is also at the venue that provides a light, airy, and comfortable space for you to have refreshments for your guests.

The Mulgrave Country Club provides a modern and elegant setting for honoring the life of your loved one. This beautiful venue is situated in a prime location, just off the Monash and Wellington Road. The Mulgrave Room is a bright and spacious area that can accommodate up to 188 guests. It is equipped with amenities including a data projector and screen, air conditioning, block-out blinds, and an inbuilt audio system. For a more private yet lovely memorial, the Heritage Room within the Panorama Room is the ideal space, accommodating up to 28 guests. The main room can host up to 133 guests and is equipped with full facilities including a private terrace with heaters. The Mulgrave Country Club also offers catering services.

The South Kingsville Community Centre is a spacious venue ideal for a beautiful celebration of life. It has a range of facilities available including a Hall with stage, TV, piano and a shared commercial kitchen. This large space with timber flooring is also filled with natural light suitable for a lovely memorial service. The centre is fully disability friendly with wide doorways, easy ramp entry, and accessible bathrooms. While catering service is not provided at the venue, the shared commercial kitchen offers ample space for you to prepare and serve refreshments for guests.

The Civic Theatre
The Civic Theatre is a lovely multipurpose venue ideal for a beautiful memorial service. It has a maximum capacity of 200 guests, providing ample space for your family and friends to gather and celebrate the life of your loved one. The Civic Theatre is equipped with a 10.5 metre stage, data projector, digital laser projector and a 35mm movie projector. While The Civic Theatre is an unstaffed venue that doesn't offer catering, it provides a small kitchenette for your convenience. You can bring your own food and beverages or hire a catering service to handle everything for you.
